Hey dolls,
As I said in my previous post, we are living in crazy times at the moment and with everyone working from home and schools/universities being closed and online it can be difficult to stay productive. I’ve put together some of my tips that have kept me on track with uni work!
- Plan your week!
This one is a must for me and is something I’ve always done on Sunday. At the moment it is even more important for me so I have some structure! Of course it’s important to also schedule in some down time to relax.

2. Exercise!
Exercise releases endorphins (happy hormone) which we are all in need of at the moment! Also, I’ve found starting the day with exercise sets me up for a good day. I’ve been using Les Mils on demand (body combat and barre) as well as my training programme from my PT who is also doing live PiYo classes! There are lots of free workouts available online too so find something you enjoy!
3. Get away from the screen!
We are all spending more time in front of screens at the moment from our phones to stay in contact with friends and family to laptops whilst we work. I think its important to take sometime to do something without a screen. Reading, baking, painting, crafting- whatever you fancy.

4. Eat right!
Its easy to reach for the snacks when they are just a few steps away in the kitchen but eating a balanced diet will not only make you feel better but also give you more energy! Getting a good mix of fruit, veg and protein will help you feel more productive. Of course, there is nothing wrong with a few treats!

5. Get dressed and take care of you!
If I am in joggers/pjs I get nothing done so I’ve been making the most of my wardrobe and putting together outfits everyday. I find I get so much more done this way! Also, self care is so important right now and you have no excuse not to take a few hours out of the week to treat yourself. Whether its a face mask, bath or doing your nails (or all three!) you’ll instantly give yourself a little boost!

I hope these tips help you guys stay on track and remember its ok to have a couple of off days!
Ciao Bellas,
S
