GRWM: Summer Wedding Guest

Hey Dolls,

This week I’m going to take you through getting ready for a family friend’s wedding from hair to shoes, lets go!

First up was hair, me being me no way was I having the stress of doing it myself so the lovely stylist Maria came to my rescue! I went for a up do with on trend braiding and a few loose pieces.

Usually for an event I would have my makeup done professionally, but unfortunately my usual artist was already fully booked (she’s fab so I understand why!) so it was down to me!

As I was wearing a pink and cream outfit I wanted the makeup to compliment it so decided for a pink/champagne eye with a pink gloss (easier maintance). I started with eyes and to achieve the look I wanted had to use an array of shadows and some blushes! Here’s the shadow list not in order: Makeup Geek – peach smoothie, whimsical, MG Blush- head over heels, romance, Too Faced- Strawberry Bon Bon, Tartelette- caregiver, wanderer, Bobbi Brown blush in 41. For glitter I used Too faced glitter glue as a base with Barry M snowglobe. Liner was brown as softer and L’Oréal infallible finishing with Eyelure Luxe Lashes in Trinket!

On my brows I used Benefit precisely brow in shade 3, ABH clear brow gel and the light shade in sleek contour palette to carve out.

For base I used my trusty old faves! Primer- Too faced hangover, Foundation- Chanel perfection lumiere velvet(50), Concealer- Nars creamy in custard and vanilla, Bake- Laura Mercier loose powder, Powder- Rimmel stay Matte, Contour- NYX powder kit, Bronzer- Nars Laguna, Blush- Makeup Geek Romance, Highlight- ABH x Nicole palette Kitty Kat and day dream, Setting spray- Urban Decay all nighter!

Onto lips: Liner- Charlotte Tilbury pink Venus, NYX butter gloss in vanilla cream pie!

Nails- The Beauty Yard (all about nails blog coming soon!)

Finally it was outfit time! Dress- New look (alterations by The Dressmaker), Jacket- Zara, Shoes- ASOS, Facinator- The Dressmaker!

It was a great day and I had an amazing time!

Nicole Guerriero x ABH Glow Kit Review!

Hey Dolls,

OMG this palette is incredible!! After seeing the swatches and reviews from other bloggers and YouTubers I knew I needed to get this!

To begin with the packaging is gorgeous! Pale pink with silver sparkle = win!

The shades in this palette are stunning, pink and gold tones with one white.

Let’s talk about the colours: Kitty Kat- a pink with silver shimmer, Forever Young-muted pink/champagne, Day Dream- Peach with a gold undertone, Forever Lit-pearly white, Glo Getter- Rose gold with champagne and 143- bronze with gold shimmer.

The highlights are super pigmented and really creamy making them look amazing on you cheek bones, they also looked lovely when you mix different shades together.

All these shades are stunning and look amazing on my skin tone, however if you are very pale this palette probably isn’t for you are the shades are quite warm.

I ordered my palette from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Uk website and it came in 3 working days even though estimated delivery was 7-10 so I am very impressed.

I would definitely recommend this palette and think it will become my go to for my highlight!

Ciao Bellas,
